1. Copyright: All photos and videos created by les étoiles are our intellectual property. Any use of our content requires our express consent.

2. Usage Requests: If you would like to use our content, please send a request to info@les-etoiles.de.

3. Soundtracks: The soundtracks used in our films are licensed. Any unauthorized use may lead to legal consequences due to third party copyrights. However, we are happy to work together to find a solution if needed.

You are welcome to repost our Instagram content (photos or videos) as long as the following conditions are met:

1. Attribution: Reposts must be clearly marked as such and tagged with @les.etoiles_blog.

2. Context: The photo/video must only be used in its original context and may not be used as advertising for other restaurants, companies, or events.

3. Self-Promotion: The use of our content for self-marketing purposes is only permitted with express permission from les étoiles.

We encourage the sharing of our links and articles on Facebook. Please ensure you follow these guidelines:

1. Download: Content may not be downloaded and uploaded as your own.

We generally welcome invitations from restaurants; however, we make the independent decision whether and in what format we will report on the dining experience. Acceptance of an invitation is subject to the following conditions:

1. Relevance: The invitation must be of interest and relevance to les étoiles and our target audience.

2. Cooperation: les étoiles is not obligated to enter into any cooperation or other agreements with the inviting party.

3. Obligations: We are not obliged to provide any reciprocal services for the invitation.

4. Reporting: There is no expectation of a positive review. les étoiles reports honestly and may include constructive criticism if necessary.

5. Publication Deadlines: les étoiles is not bound by specific publication deadlines. The production of content may take up to several months.

In the case of non-publication, we commit to providing honest and constructive feedback via email.

If a restaurant is considered qualitatively relevant by les étoiles, we may arrange a film shoot of the dining experience. The following requirements must be met by the restaurant:

1. Lighting and Conditions: Proper lighting is essential, even with the latest equipment. The restaurant must ensure the necessary lighting conditions for the shoot. External lighting sources are often required, and the distance to other guests should be considered to minimize disturbances.

2. Location Requirements: The location must be adaptable to the needs of a film shoot. This includes ensuring proper lighting, sufficient space for the film crew, and potentially actors/models. The film crew typically requires at least one hour of access to the location before it opens to the public.

3. Permits: If permits are required for filming (e.g., due to ownership or location-specific regulations), these must be obtained by the inviting party before the shoot.
